About me:

Mark Dunn is an AV-rated products liability and toxic tort attorney. Mark’s practice also includes environmental law and litigation, OSHA compliance and litigation, complex commercial litigation, and medical malpractice litigation.

Mark joined Osburn, Hine & Yates in 2006. He is admitted to the State Bar of Missouri, the United States Federal District Courts of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mark also is licensed to practice law in Texas and Arizona.

Mark began his career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Dallas, Texas, where he did toxic tort, environmental, and commercial litigation. Mark later joined Jones Day, also in Dallas, where his practice was focused on toxic tort and products liability. 

In addition to his regular practice, Mark has served as an adjunct professor at Southeast Missouri State University where he taught Constitutional Law, Constitutional Rights of Inmates, Criminal Procedure, and Criminal Law. Mark also taught Business Law at Collin County Community College while he was living in Dallas.
